Policies
Return Policy: Stock items, other than chemicals, are returnable within 10 days of the original sales receipt. Restocking charges may apply. Glassware has a 25% restocking charge. Chemicals are NOT returnable.
Terms & Conditions of Sale: BME Labstore reserves the right to refuse any sale. We accept phone, fax, and internet orders. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not accept personal checks.
*Accepted forms of identification include current driver’s license, military or government-issued ID, or passport.
Chemical Sales Requirements: Customer must be at least 18 years of age, present a valid picture ID*, and required to sign a release form accepting all responsibility in handling, use, and storage of chemicals purchased. These records are maintained by BME Labstore and are open to all law enforcement and regulatory agencies. All chemical sales are final.
